To adopt a kitten from Monster Paws, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate information on adoption forms and agreements.

Commit to providing a safe, loving, and healthy environment for your kitten.

Monster Paws reserves the right to decline an adoption application at our discretion.

Kitten Prices: Prices range from $2,900–$4,900 for pet-only homes. Breeding rights are available to professional catteries for an additional fee.

Deposits: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our waitlist. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your chosen kitten.

Payment: Final payment must be completed before taking your kitten home.

Monster Paws does not guarantee the availability of specific kittens, as placements are based on waitlist order and matching preferences.

We prioritize the health and well-being of our kittens. All kittens come with:

A two-year genetic health guarantee.

A clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian.

Necessary vaccinations and deworming appropriate for their age.

The health guarantee does not cover illnesses or conditions caused by neglect, improper care, or accidents after the kitten leaves our care.

If a kitten develops a genetic condition within the two-year guarantee period, we may offer a replacement kitten or a refund at our discretion. A veterinarian’s diagnosis and documentation are required.

By adopting a kitten, you agree to:

Provide proper nutrition, medical care, and a safe living environment.

Spay or neuter your kitten unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., for professional breeding).

Never surrender your kitten to a shelter. If you are unable to care for your kitten, Monster Paws will assist in rehoming.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in voiding the health guarantee.

While using the Monster Paws website, you agree to:

Use the site for lawful purposes only.

Not engage in activities that disrupt or harm the site or other users.

Refrain from unauthorized access to our servers or sensitive information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for violations of these terms.

Monster Paws offers safe and reliable options for kitten transport if you cannot pick up your kitten in person.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the kitten.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to variables like weather or transport availability.

Monster Paws is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, Monster Paws does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for:

Damages caused by the misuse of information or services.

Loss or injury resulting from technical issues or website outages.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our site or services.

Breeding rights are available to approved professional catteries only. If breeding rights are granted, the buyer agrees to uphold ethical breeding practices and follow any additional contractual obligations outlined during the purchase.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Monster Paws is unable to provide a kitten that meets your stated preferences.

Once a kitten is chosen and final payment is made, sales are considered final.

Refunds are only provided in cases of documented genetic health issues within the guarantee period.

We do not accept returns of kittens unless explicitly agreed upon for health or behavioral concerns.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Utah, USA. Any disputes related to the website or adoption process will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
